And in another state, New Mexico- Al Gore has officially won there. The vice president picks up the states five electoral votes.
The vote is tight- Gore only wins New Mexico by 487 votes. The returns will be made official there when the state canvassing board meets November 28th.

While the election tangle may be going on in Florida, Virginia is getting involved.
Earlier this year the Orlando based religious freedom law firm Liberty Counsel merged with Jerry Falwell Ministries of Lynchburg.
Liberty Counsel says the recount process in Florida violates the equal protection of voters in counties where there is no manual recount.
However some organizations say Falwell's involvement with Liberty Counsel violates the seperation of church and state.

At least 97 percent of its business comes from Volvo.

Volvo union leaders say 88 of their jobs were saved because of the warehouse expansion.

Five years after her death, Loria Sluder's death is now being deemed a murder.
Bedford Police have executed the first search warrant in a year-long investigation.

Sluder died from a gun shot wound to the head in June of 1995. She was found at the mobile home of her estranged husband Roy.
For years- police believed her death was a suicide.
But an unnamed source convinced police to re-investigate the case as a murder.
Bedford Police have searched Roy Sluder's home for blood samples and shotgun shells. Police also came away with a piece of ceiling and a light switch cover.
No charges have been filed. The investigation should be completed by early next year.

A collision between a small car and a large garbage truck sent one man to the hospital with critical injuries this afternoon.

The vehicles collided around 1:30 at the intersection of 14th Street and Centre Avenue Northwest.
Police say 19- year- old Michael Adam Graham of Vinton was driving a Ford Mustang that was hit broadside by the private trash truck.
Graham was taken to the hospital where he is listed in critical condition tonight. No charges have been filed, but police say their investigation continues.
