The legal fight over Virginia's law against sodomy isn't over yet.
The attorney for the losing side says he plans to ask for a hearing before the full Court of Appeals.
A three-judge panel yesterday upheld the convictions of nine men arrested for soliciting sex from undercover police officers in a Roanoke park.
Their attorney argued that consensual oral sex is common among adults, and the law against it should be struck down.
But the court said the city had the right to crack down on cruising by gay men in a public park.
