The apparent pact of silence between the administration and the N-double-C-P is a far cry from the summer.
Then, director Salim (suh-LEEM) Khalfani threatened civil action if Gilmore declared next April Confederate History Month.
Gilmore has NOT announced his plans on that yet.
On other issues, according to Secretary Allen, the administration agreed to help educate black voters about the registration and voting process.
But the Governor reiterated his opposition to a moratorium on the death penalty that the N-double-A-C-P was seeking.
