A three-judge panel has upheld the convictions of nine men arrested for soliciting sex from undercover police officers in a Roanoke park.
The court said the city had the right to crack down on cruising by gay men in a public park.

They argue that consensual oral sex is common among adults, and the law against it should be struck down.
