Now it's up to a Circuit court judge to decide IF or when the counting could start.
Republicans argued the court can't just count 13-thousand undervotes cherry picked by plaintiffs... from predominantly democratic counties.
Instead the court must recount ballots from all counties or at least a million more from three other counties.

Cold water in the reservoir sank, and when the warmer water rose, it carried sediment and leaves to the surface. That, along with a faulty pump not injecting chemicals into the water made it undrinkable.
Residents in Martinsville and Henry County have been boiling drinking water for the last 24-hours.
City officials handed out bottled waters today to eliminate some of the inconvenience.

Yesterday, we were supposed to hear from UVa football coach George Welsh on his future, but now it looks like the 19 year coach of the Cavaliers is not ready to provide answers.
Sources close to Welsh say his family would like him step down, but that he would like to continue coaching.
One of his former players thinks he will stay put, the reason, all of the talent he has coming back.

The Roanoke Steam introduced new head coach Steven Jerry to the media yesterday morning.

The North Carolina grad and former William & Mary assistant played for three different teams in the league beginning in 1995. Last season he was the offensive coordinator of the Norfolk Nighthawks which made it to the semi finals of the league championship.
