Phillip Bane and his wife Patricia were responsible for building this house on Autumn Lane. State inspectors found a cracked foundation, interior wall damage, and vinyl siding that wasn't properly attached to the house. So they worked with the city prosecutors to bring charges against the Banes. The city has forced the couple to stop construction in the past for building violations. They will be tried in January.
