Some Pulaski County residents are finding their car taxes higher than ever.

Russell Musgrove was looking forward to seeing a 48 percent reduction in his car tax.
But the bill he got last month was 18 dollars higher than last year's.
That's because in July, Pulaski County's Board of Supervisors raised the personal property tax 25 percent- that's 2 dollars for every 100 dollars of property.

The Cavaliers will perform in the London Parade Festival on January 1st... it's the first time the school has been chosen for the honor.
