Some Pulaski County residents are finding their car taxes higher than ever.

Russell Musgrove was looking forward to seeing a 48 percent reduction in his car tax.
But the bill he got last month was 18 dollars higher than last year's.
That's because in July, Pulaski County's Board of Supervisors raised the personal property tax 25 percent- that's 2 dollars for every 100 dollars of property.

The Jefferson Forest High School marching band will join 12- thousand other performers for what's billed as Europe's biggest annual street parade.
The Cavaliers will perform in the London Parade Festival on January 1st... it's the first time the school has been chosen for the honor.

The wedding itself is expected to take place tomorrow evening, safely tucked behind the walls of Skibo Castle, shielded from the ranks of the prying press corps, by eight-thousand wooded acres, and a military-style security team.
As the final hours drew near, though -- the secluded retreat stymied not only reporters, but some of the guests trying to fly in.
