So far, no charges have been filed.

The Virginia Senate is expected vote this week on legislation that would make it illegal for passengers in a vehicle to possess an open container of alcohol. Drinking alcohol while driving is already a misdemeanor. But legislation proposed by Senator Thomas Norment would make possession of an open container of booze by passengers in a car or truck a traffic offense. Opponents say adults should be able to enjoy a drink, as long as they have a designated driver.

The New York giants are in the Super Bowl for the first time in 10 years.
Kerry Collins passed for 381 yards and a career high 5 touchdowns as the giants beat the Minnesota Vikings 41 to

nothing.

Minnesota turned it over on the kickoff and Collins goes to the air again this time hitting Greg Comella on the 18

The Hokies won a tri meet this weekend at the Cassell. Tech downed Howard, American and UNC Greensboro.
Tech returns to action next Saturday participating in the Nationals Duals in State College Pennsylvania and will face some of the toughest competition in the nation.

Wells, a 20 game winner, recently criticized the Blue Jays front office and fans was traded to the Chicago White Sox for three pitchers and an outfielder.
Wells is 161 and 107 in a 14 year career and the White Sox will be his sixth team. He was 20 and 8 last season.
