Good Afternoon, I'm Kimberly McBroom.
The so- called "Texas Seven" are now down to two.
A raid on a Colorado trailer park yesterday netted four of the seven convicts who broke out of prison last month.
A fifth took his own life during a police standoff.
Authorities believe all seven escapees had been living in a Colorado motor home for the last three weeks.
They're not limiting the scope of their search to just THAT state-- they're searching all over the country.
Meanwhile, the F-B-I believes the remaining two escapees may now try to head south of the border.
The theory is that the escapees are on the move because they need money.
Chris Lawrence has an update on the manhunt.

((It is 5 down and 2 to go as the saga of the Texas 7 continues. Four of the fugitives have been captured peacefully, even though they had a stockpile of weapons. A fifth committed suicide yesterday in Colorado's Rocky Mountain foothills...when police surrounded the trailer home where the gang had been hiding.

"We believe the that two people, Newberry and Murphy are still at large and in possession of about 20 guns and an amount of cash."
Narr: The two men still evading police, Patrick Murphy Jr .. serving 50 years for rape , and Donald Newbury, .. serving 99 years for armed robbery -- are thought to be traveling in a 1970s brown conversion van.
Reported sightings have come in from as far away as California and New York. Regardless of their location, police warn that these men are heavily armed... and could be more desperate than ever.
Mark Mershon/FBI "We know this based upon an interview of the subjects we have in custody."
Narr: Meanwhile, the four who are once again behind bars.. are being prepared to answer charges ranging from murder to escaping from prison.

SOT: Rich Marianos, ATF

"We're going to get them in front of a judge to face the ATF charges, what they're being charged with."
The 7 inmates escaped from a texas prison last month ,and were found living in a rented motor home.. 10 miles west of Colorado Springs.
