This comes more than 20 years after the practice of sterilizing people considered to have hereditary flaws ended.

Virginia Gas and its proposed pipeline is coming under fire yet again today from local residents.
The Roanoke County board of supervisors hired an independent agency to determine just how much it would cost to build the new pipeline next to a co-existing line.
When the report came back, it said co-locating the lines was too dangerous.
Now some residents say the county should NOT pay for the study because the information was not what they asked for.
We'll have a report from the board of supervisors meeting tonight at six.
