Hanssen, using the code name Ramone, engaged in espionage by providing highly classified information to the KGB and its successor agency, the SVR, using encrypted communications, dead drops and other clandestine techniques. THE F-B-I SAYS HANSSEN HAS BEEN AT IT FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS...EARNING 1.4 MILLION DOLLARS FROM HIS SOVIET AND RUSSIAN HANDLERS. THIS WEEKEND, AGENTS ARRESTED HANSSEN AT a VIRGINIA PARK AFTER HE ALLEGEDLY PLACED THIS PACKAGE UNDER A BRIDGE FOR RUSSIAN AGENTS TO RETRIEVE. The criminal conduct alleged represents the most traitorous actions imaginable against a country governed by the rule of law. BUT THEY CHARGE HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATHS OF TWO K-G-B DOUBLE AGENTS EXECUTED AFTER HANSSEN FINGERED THEM.

Rats may have the answer to tell us just who will be fat-
And it may be as simple as a blood test to predict which youngsters will grow up with weight problems.
Scientists say a test is already in the works on laboratory rats- Whether such a test will work in people though has not been proven.
Researchers say they're amazed at how similar the underlying machinery of appetite and weight gain are in rats and people.
Scientists believe that too much fat in the diet- probably anything more than 30 percent of the daily intake of calories- triggers weight gain by prompting the body to store new fat and crave still more.

(( Narr: Can doing this really give you the abs of your dreams? I teamed up with exercise physiologist Michael Youssef test out two products dominating the infomercial airwaves-first the Ab Slide . :04 Nats, Michael okay, let s first try the easiest positionkeep your back straight and pull your stomach in.
Narr: The first thing I noticed when testing the Ab Slide is how difficult it is to do properly. You have to keep your back flat, tuck your stomach in, all while supporting about two thirds of your bodyweight in a push-up type position.
:04 Nats Michael, so you can feel it in your shoulders, chest and lats in your back, so that s goodbut it s also difficult to maintain this posture.
Narr: So you re working not only your abs, but your upper body as well. That's tough to do if you fit and strong.. It s easy to injure your back if you arch it too much, like I m showing here. And you won t really be working those abs if you aren t doing it just right. If you re a beginner with a big belly-this is not the exercise for you.
Sot BK & Michael (:09) This is much easier to do, much easier. M: you feel safer? B: I feel safer, it feels like it s gliding more smoothly 02:45:45:28 Narr: The Torso Track , however, is much more user-friendly. It's much more expensive than the Ab Glide but does provide more stability for your back, making it easier to maintain good posture. But again, I really had to work hard to do so, and I ve been exercising most of my life.
The truth of the matter is, beginners who really have an ab problem are better off starting with basic good old fashioned abdominal exercises done safely on the floor where you can protect your back and really focus on your abs. Bonnie Kaye for CBS News.))
