People who want to be liked include dot-Gov, alias Mark Warner, the high tech tycoon running for Governor this year.
Actually, a friend bought them for Warner as a gift... and no surprise his superhero stats include the highest rating of five on stamina and strength.
Butler gives his own superhero image a four rating.
But after bouncing around as a kid from Hong Kong to Canada, Spain, Somalia, and Virginia, the half Chinese, half Irish entrepreneur has gone from waiting tables to employing 11 in a full service, high tech design firm.

Judges aren't used to being judged. But soon - they might be judged... by lawyers. If a proposal is adopted by the Virginia General Assembly and Supreme Court... ATTORNEYS could have a say in whether judges KEEP their jobs.
The proposal - drafted by a 27-member task force - would have lawyers fill out questionnaires on judges' courtesy, fairness and efficiency among other factors. The judges would get the feedback until the last year of their terms - when legislators would ALSO get the evaluations... before considering whether a judge should be reappointed.
