The federal government has just released an emergency plan in case of an outbreak in the U-S.

((From the air, you can see the devastation caused by the crash of the Gulfstream-Three twin engine jet. The force of the impact so great: it threw victims and their belongings hundreds of feet from the site. It was seven oclock Thursday night, when the jet burst into flames after crashing just short of the Aspen Colorado Airport. Investigators picked through the twisted debris of the wreckage Friday, looking for clues into the cause of the crash.

Everyone wants to how this all could have happened to a plane piloted by two experienced pilots.
Carol Carmody/NTSB: The left wing hit the ground first. On board the plane, three crewmembers, and fifteen passengers. Mostly young people on their way to Aspen for a vacation. Officials say there were no distress calls; no sign of any trouble. Minutes later, in falling snow, the plane slammed into an embankment along a busy highway. This was the scene as police used automatic weapons and stun grenades- the raid came just hours after state television reported that Milosevic had been arrested for war crimes during his rule.
But then Milosevic appeared at his villa to counter the report.
Reporters on the scene said one person was wounded, and shots were heard fired from inside.
Since he was ousted from power last fall, Milosevic has lived under police surveillance in his villa.

A French prosecutor says France won't extradite American Fugitive James Kopp to the United States- if he risks facing the death penalty.

Two teenagers have been arrested for making a bomb threat at Amherst High school.

So far the names of the two boys are not being released but they are 15 and 16. Both are students at Amherst High School. On Tuesday, a student found a note in the school's library that stated a bomb was going to go off on Wednesday. Officials searched the school but did not find a bomg. Indiana police now say a 17-year old has admitted to shooting a tenth grader outside a high school in Gary.

Harold Richard Poff will have to pay back at least 422-thousand dollars he allegedly stole as General Manager of N-R-C Management Services.
