Taxes could be on the rise for one of Western Virginia's fastest growing counties. In order for Bedford County teachers to receive a raise Supervisors say the real estate tax must increase. Last night, Bedford County residents voiced their thoughts on the tax hike proposal during a public hearing. Kate Weidaw has more.

After repeatedly telling residents the state can resolve the power crisis WITHOUT a rate hike, Davis is now saying rate increases ARE necessary.
