The Wiley House was on the move today... making the slow trip from Main Street to a lot on the corner of Chestnut and Second.
Built in 18-83, the Victorian cottage was threatened by an expansion of the post office.
The Salem Historical Society plans to renovate and resell the Wiley House... with the proceeds going to a local preservation fund.
