The accident happened last night in a Chicago suburb.
Five people were taken to the hospital with injuries when the train slammed into the back of a semi sitting on the tracks.
The train's engineer apparently could not stop the train in time.
The force of the crash sent the semi into traffic, causing a chain- reaction wreck.
Police say the truck driver is to blame.

Jefferson Forest High School in Bedford County will undergo air quality tests and studies.
Preliminary tests indicate that several classrooms had high level of stachybotrys(stack-ee-bought-ris).
It's a mold that can cause allergic reactions in some people such as respiratory and mucous irritation.
The decision to close was prompted by complaints filed with federal health and safety officials earlier this month.
Officials say the combination of leaky roofs and high humidity is the cause for the growth of the mold.
