A tanker truck overturned along Route 220- this afternoon... just north of Daleville.
Authorities say Jerry Scott of Roanoke was headed toward Covington when he apparently took a curve too fast and overturned in the median.
There's no word on Scott's condition.
One northbound lane is open at this time.
But traffic in the southbound lanes is being rerouted onto Trinity Road.

After a three week break students at Jefferson Forest High School returned to class at Forest Mddle School this morning.
Fourteen mobile classrooms were installed to accommodate a student body that exceeds the middle school's by about 4-hundred students.

The high school was closed earlier this month after the discovery of a potentially hazardous fungus.
Last week Forest Middle School students wrapped up their school year three weeks early to allow the older kids to move in and finish their year.

They busted a guy Saturday night in Amherst. He'd been drinking and allegedly had a couple of bags of pot on him.
It was a routine arrest, as the sheriff's department points out, except that 22-year old Steven Lashawn Goodwin was there to provide the music and entertainment for a drug- and- alcohol- free After-Prom Party.

The Virginia Blue Ridge Chapter of the BYU Management Society brought Reid in as their Superstar Almunus for their annual scholarship Tournament.
Reid's best finish on the PGA TOUR in 2001 is a tie for 32nd at the Touchstone Energy Tucson Open.
He says in recent years he's come to admire Tiger Woods.
