Earlier today- tense moments in Christainsburg near the municipal buidling- where police found a suspicious device.
They were able to blow up it up successfully.
Officials say it was not a bomb, but before crews could call the area safe- they evacuated everyone in the area.

Baker and her unborn child died in the blast.

The 180 pound black bear had been roaming the neighborhood near Albany- for the past week- but it somehow eluded police.
