Earlier today- tense moments in Christainsburg near the municipal buidling- where police found a suspicious device.
They were able to blow up it up successfully.
Officials say it was not a bomb, but before crews could call the area safe- they evacuated everyone in the area.

Popular Perry Florio is under contract for another year with the Express, and he and his family love it in Roanoke.

The 180 pound black bear had been roaming the neighborhood near Albany- for the past week-
but it somehow eluded police.
