The company says it's lost nearly 500 million dollars this quarter as other cell phone makers move ahead in sales.
The company announced in April it would cut 12 thousand jobs worldwide and remove seven thousand consultants from the payroll.

With the search for any new FBI documents now complete -- Attorney General John Ashcroft is standing firm on the execution date for Timothy McVeigh. He expects the execution to go forward as planned on June 11th.
Two weeks ago, the FBI revealed more some 3100 documents -- found in FBI offices around the world - had never been handed over to McVeighs attorneys. Now, Ashcroft says an additional 898 pages have turned up in the last 13 days - but that none of the documents changes anything.

No document creates any doubt of McVeighs guilt Ashcroft says the documents are now in the hands of McVeighs defense team. He also gave a sense of what kind of information was found in the documents - things like phone bills from hotels and letters from psychics claiming they could get in touch with the people killed in the bombing.
First delay was right, second would ignore evidence of the case McVeighs lawyers had this to say about Ashcrofts announcement.

The lake level had been dangerously low, sometimes as much as 13 feet below the spillway.
Park officials say it'll now be easier for boaters to get in and out of the water.
