McVeigh has decided to seek a stay in the wake of newly discovered FBI documents in the case.
McVeigh says he wants to hold the government accountable for withholding documents from his defense.

((Timothy McVeigh's lawyers made it official. They announced he wants a
stay of execution.
Richard Burr, Defense Attorney:
The move comes after McVeigh met with his lawyers at the federal prison
in Indiana where he is scheduled to die June 11th.
Rob Nigh, Defense Attorney, he is keenly aware of the impact this
will have on his family and survivors families.
U.S. District Judge Richard Matsch presided ofver McVeigh's 1997 Denver
trial. Matsch has a reputation of being tough but thorough. It's up to
him to decide whethere to delay McVeigh's execution. He may have to, at
least to give lawyers enough time to sort through some 4,000 documents
that the FBI failed to turn over to McVeigh's defense.
Attorney general John Ashcroft says he opposes any delay in the
execution. And McVeigh's prosecutors say they are confident he will be

The search for a missing Roanoke man has ended with the discovery of his body in the Roanoke River.

31-year old Jeroid (juh-ROD) Alexander Moore was last seen Friday night. Police had attempted to stop him for driving without headlights, but say he fled toward the river.
Today, members of the Salem Swift Water Rescue Team and tracking dogs assisted with the search.
Shortly after noon, a fisherman noticed Moore's body floating down the river not far from the area where authorities were looking.

Sixty four additional beds will be added. The first floor will get a food court. And the emergency room will be expanded.

Police say the children are holed up inside their home- Their father died three weeks ao and their mother has been arrested.

Sheriff's deputies brought in a priest, talked to professional
negotiators. But nothing has worked. The children won't leave their home.

"Our original intent was just to safeguard the children."
On tuesday deputies came to pick up their mother on a felony warrant.
They tricked JoAnn McGuckin, got her away from the house, and arrested
her. When deputies tried to take the kids to social services
..McGuckin's teenage son panicked.
SHERIFF PHIL JARVIS/BONNER COUNTY:
"And bolted for the house. He yelled for the children still in the house to get the guns."
There are 27 vicious dogs on the property. And one of the other kids let them loose.
"They attacked the officer. He was able to scatter the dogs by firing
his weapon at a couple ..and they ran."
Deputies say the children rarely leave the property and don't trust
anyone. There are no phones inside, so police have to pull a car up
close and talk over the loudspeaker.
"They have no power, no water, no sewage."
Neighbors say their mother is mentally ill, and believed the government was out to get her.
"It's too sad. Those children especially needed help a long time ago."
The kids are well-armed, and they're good shots. Deputies have backed
off ..and refuse to confront the children.
"Time's on our side. Time's on our side."

Hanssen is accused of passing secrets to Moscow for 15 years in exchange for one-point-four million dollars in cash and diamonds.
His trial is set to begin in late October.

You'll then have to take a shuttle bus to the site.
