38 year old James Garnett Marlowe the Third is behind bars charged with killing his neighbor Saturday night. Authorities say Marlowe shot 30- year old Bobby L. Collins following an argument. Sheriff's deputies arrested Marlowe inside his Southland Drive home-- several hours after authorities surrounded the house.

Workers spent the weekend getting ready for Wednesday's dedication of the National D-Day Memorial in Bedford.
Thousands of chairs have been laid out for the thousands of people expected to attend the dedication. Kate Weidaw has more on preparations for the big day.
