A "special" torch for a special cause is making it's way through our area.

Law enforcement personnel are running the Special Olympics flame through the Commonwealth. The effort started in Bristol last Saturday..since then, the torch has been passed on to runners in localities around the state. The final destination is on Friday at the University of Richmond, where the Summer Games are being held.
