A spokesman for CyberCash -- the company donor William Melton formerly ran -- says it does NOT solicit business with the porn industry like Earley's donor did.
AND, the Warner campaign points out, CyberCash is the Commonwealth of Virginia's own credit card security company.
The Earley campaign confirms it even use CyberCash to collect campaign donations on Mark Earley's site.
But they say that's a moot point, since it's also used on sex and gambling sites.

A Lynchburg teenager won't spend a day in prison for stabbing another boy during a fight in January.

16- year- old Robert Michael Rivera was convicted in April of aggravated malicious wounding.
Rivera stabbed 20- year- old Eric Beard during a fight in the parking lot of Heritage High School on January 16th.. Rivera claimed he acted in self defense.
He was given a twenty year suspended sentence with supervised probation for two years.
Rivera also must repay Beard's medical costs, estimated to be about 15- thousand dollars.

A former VMI cadet was sentenced today for his role in a fire in the barracks.

Twan Redmond got 18 months in prison for lying to a grand jury about the incident three years ago.
The judge said that's what sentencing guidelines called for, even though it seemed a bit unfair.
Redmond had been charged with setting fire to the historic building. But the government agreed to drop the arson charge.
Redmon's "brother rat", John Daniel Payne, had helped the government build its case against him.
For that, he avoided any prison time.

Chris (Ra-GOAN-EE) Ragone says when he complained about cheerleading fees, his daughter was cut from tryouts.
The school says the tryouts were fair and the fees were not mandatory.
