Jackson and Armstrong have yet to announce if they will run against each other in a Democratic primary.

Two teens are in critical condition after a church van from Roanoke overturned on Route 220 near Greensboro yesterday afternoon.
The van was on its way back to Virginia Heights Baptist Church after a weekend retreat in Myrtle Beach.

The North Carolina Highway Patrol says the van lost control and flipped several times.

Vans like the one in yesterday's accident have been linked to several accidents and deaths in the past year. And warnings have been issued about the dangers involved in using the 15 passenger vans.

This, coupled with safe, experienced drivers, the proper use of seat belts, and a safe speed decreases the likelihood of an accident. Many owners are unaware of the risks involved despite a warning issued by the Department of Transportation in April. These vans are commonly used by churches, colleges and other organizations.

Chicco U-S-A is voluntarily recalling about 6-thousand Build- A ball Preschool toys.
If the ball is used improperly it could cause a child to suffocate.
The recall was sparked by a recent incident. A two year old was playing with the toy when an adult found him with the ball stuck on his face, covering his nose and mouth.
The child is all right... but the toys are being recalled.

The case has renewed anger over the heavy presence of U-S troops on the island.

Authorities have located a borrowed Mitsubishi in Franklin County.
But so far, police say, there's still no sign of Jennifer Barker or the man police believe she may be with, Dewy Summerlin.

City police say the car has turned up, but aren't saying where exactly.
