One person is dead, and dozens without homes after five hours of heavy rains flood parts of Virginia and West Virginia. Earlier today crews rescued residents trapped inside mobile homes washed away in rain-swollen creeks in Wyoming County. And, at least one person died after being swept away. Officials say flood waters were so forceful that they ripped out power poles and natural gas and sewer lines. West Virginia Governor Wise has declared a state of emergency in 8 counties there.
