15 year old Lee Summerlin was arraigned in a Roanoke courtroom this morning on abduction charges.

But Summerlin's sister says he was forced by his father to participate in the abduction.

Harmon believes whatever role Lee played in Barker's disappearance, it was because his father made him.
Jennifer Barker agrees that Summerlin was controlling and told News 7 Saturday he stalked her for several years, resulting in jail time on several occasions.
But Harmon paints a different picture of the relationship, saying Barker wasn't always the victim she makes herself out to be.

A date is set for Jeffrey Alan Thomas to die .. June 24th, 2002 .. more than two years after the murder of Tara Munsey.
A jury convicted Thomas of that crime in March and today, a judge upheld the decision to put him to death.

Police say Sluder shot and killed 32- year- old Loria Sluder in his home near Goodview in June of 1995.

The bodies of 33- year- old Anthony A. Revely and his 35- year- old wife Patricia were found in the parking lot of the Virginia Employment Commission around 7:30 this morning.
Police say Anthony Revely was lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the head.. a small caliber handgun was found nearby.
His wife's body was found inside the couple's pickup truck.
Police say the couple had recently separated.

A Patrick County man accused of driving his pickup into a group of people has been charged with murder.
28- year old Anthony Eugene Lambert was charged with second degree murder today in the death of Benjamin Gilbert Hylton.
The 47- year old died Saturday from injuries he received after Lambert allegedly struck him with his vehicle during a birthday party late last month.

Tech athletic director Jim Weaver officially announced today that N.C. State is coming back to play the Hokies' in 2005 and 2006. The two team have met 44 times over the years. The first game will be played in Blacksburg.

The Hokies have never played the Tigers. This series would begin in Blacksburg on August 31st of next year.

Ivanisevic had 27 aces and celebrated the victory with his father.

Bailey has a four year record at Northside of 76 and 13. Brandy will attend Mississippi State on a softball scholarship.
