Earlier the European Court of Human rights cleared the way for him to come back to the United States to stand trial a second time. Einhorn was convicted in absentia for the 1977 bludgeoning death of his girlfriend Holly Maddux. Her body was found in a trunk in their Philadelphia apartment. The former anti-war activist sought refuge in France--a country that usually refuses to extradite prisoners who could face capital punishment. But with a new Pennsylvania law and a government promise that Einhorn would not get the death penalty--France agreed to send him back. After deliberating nearly four hours, a Franklin County jury decided to call it a night.

The jury is deciding the fate of 15-Year old Alexander Hudson.
He's charged with capital murder in the death of a 61-year old Rocky Mount man.
Prosecutors say Hudson and his cousin Christopher Dorman and Charlie English used a shoelace to stangle the victim to death on New Years Eve.
The trio then allegedly took more than six thousand dollars from the man and used it to buy clothes.
Defense attornies say although Hudson used the money, he was just a lookout while the other two committed the murder.
The jury will resume deliberations tomorrow morning.

The companies makes parts for IBM and AT&T.

That's where they found the body of a missing Martinsville woman four weeks ago.
Today, divers brought up a drum like container but there was nothing inside.

His son will follow his father's footsteps, starring in the 131st edition of the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus.
