The man was central to the case against Michael Skakel, who is accused of killing a neighbor in Connecticut in 1975. Skakel is the nephew of Robert Kennedy's widow, Ethel. He's accused of beating to death Martha Moxley 25-years ago when they were both 15 years old. Gregory Coleman testified that Skakel told him when they were both in a drug rehab program that Skakel, was going to ``get away with murder'' because he was a Kennedy. Coleman later admitted he was under the influence of heroin when he testified before the grand jury about the case. He's believed to have died of a drug overdose.
