The Libertarian party not only will have candidates this November ... but its name will be on the ballot as well.
The party challenged a new state law that would have required all minor party candidates to be identified as INDEPENDENTS.
But under a "consent decree" approved by a federal judge in Richmond, minor political parties will receive the same recognition on ballots as the state's major parties.

The snow leopard cubs are finally getting acquainted with their father.

Until last week, the young male and female had been hanging out only with their mom Tasha. Officials say most zoos in America keep cubs separate from their father for safety reasons and because that's how animals behave in the wild. But zoos in Europe typically allow snow leopard families to live together. So, Mill Mount followed suit.
All four snow leopards are on display daily. Father Boris is then separated from the rest of the family at night.
