The mail carrier suffered a slight injury to his arm.

The driver, 16-year-old Stefanie Roebuck and another passenger, 15-year-old Johnny Roebuck were taken to the New River Valley Medical Center.
Witnesses say the car was speeding.

Officials say the first small fire was last night on the front porch.

According to investigators no one was home during the incidents.
