A Montgomery County man says he was fired after two days on the job because he's disabled.

Garland Conner lost his right hand in a hunting accident when he was 16. Conner says he was fired from Willcar Courier Service, and was never paid for his two days of work. A complaint filed in federal court yesterday seeks compensation for Conner, including punitive damages for what it calls the company's "unlawful conduct."

He slipped past police three years ago after robbing a bank in South Boston. Yesterday, police announced two arrests in that case.
They've indicted 25-year old Kent Randall Bowman of Nelson and 22-year old Eric Allen Tollerson of Boydton.

The pair allegedly made off with about 36-hundred dollars from the One Valley Bank branch in South Boston in June of 1998.
