Visitors arrived to find people gambling and using drugs.
That forced area residents out of the park and into their homes.

The consensus? The area needed better supervision.

There's a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol.
The town also put up new signs, fixed the equipment, and painted the basketball hoops.

According to a poll by the Washington Post, Democrat Mark Warner has built an early lead over Republican Mark Earley.

According to the poll-- Warner is ahead in every region of the state. Statewide-- Warner leads Earley 51 percent to 37 percent with a margin of error of 3 percentage points.

With 10 weeks before the election political observers warn that the gap between the two will decrease next month, when the battle heats up to election day on November 6th. The poll also comes on the heels of Warner's August television-and-mail blitz, which cost him more than one-point-two million dollars.

Up until now, the only claim to fame for the Cumberland Farms convenience store in Rollinsford New Hampshire ... was that it sat on the border of 2 states. Maine is right next door. But now, this store will forever be known as a Powerball hotspot.

After the drawing last night, news spread quickly this store had sold one of the winning tickets. As the media started moving in ... so did people wishing the tickets they had bought here had been the lucky ones.

The winning tickets will pay 74 million bucks ... and the winners may not be identified for several days, but whoever won here could be from a variety of states. In the days leading up to the big drawing, people crossed state borders to get their hands on a Powerball ticket. Here in New Hampshire, buyers came in from both Maine and Massachusetts.

Nikolay Soltys is suspected of slashing the throats of his pregnant wife, three-year-old son and four other family members during a rampage last Monday. Last night, "America's Most Wanted'' on Fox carried the case, generating more than 100 tips. The bodies of Soltys' wife and son will be sent to Ukraine for burial. The others were buried today at a local cemetery following the service.

Archaeologists may have stumbled upon something for the history books. They believe they've found the remains of James Madison's boyhood home.

Tiger was 140 yards from the green in the middle of the fairway. He hit a pitching wedge that landed on the green just inches from the cup setting up a birdie putt.
Woods made the birdie putt for his fifth win this season and his first since taking the Memorial on June third.
