More than 17-hundred plants were discovered in Franklin, Montgomery, Botetourt, Pittsylvania, Floyd and Patrick Counties this summer.
Those plants are said to have a combined street value of one-point seven million dollars.
The seizures will result in six arrests.
The marijuana eradication effort peaks in the summer months, when the plants reach maturity and can be seen from the air.
