Officials in Danville say a Domino's Pizza Delivery driver shot the man who was attempting to rob him. Police were called to the 800 block of Buford Street Sunday night. The driver told police that after he delivered a pizza, two men stopped his vehicle, pulled a gun and demanded money.

During the robbery, the driver shot one of them four times. He was taken to Duke University Medical Center. THAT was one of two robberies that occured Sunday night. The other happened on Riverside Drive.
Authorities say the victim reported sitting in his car when two men approached him. One of the suspects pulled a gun and demanded money. Police are investigating both incidents.
