The state created Lotto South because Lotto Virginia sales have fallen short of expectations.

Sacramento Police, responding to reports of gunshots, found two female security guards, employees of Burns Security, shot to death at an equipment yard. Police believe the mass murderer is 20 year old Joseph Ferguson, a former Burns Security guard himself, reportedly enraged after being suspended from his job last week. Sgt. This is the second time in a month that Sacramento has been on edge and on alert, looking for a mass killer. Ten days ago, Nikolay Soltys was arrested after a massive manhunt for allegedly slashing to death his pregnant wife, his three year old son and four other relatives.
After allegedly gunning down four victims last night, Ferguson went to the nearby zoo, where he handcuffed another Burns security guard and fled in her car. He reportedly told her he planned to outdo the Soltys killing spree. Kevin Gowan is cousin to the guard whose life was spared.
