The accident happened on Camp Jaycee Road-- just off Route 460 in Montvale around 11:30 this morning.

State Police say 27 year old Rosemary Green allowed a twelve year old to get behind the wheel of this vehicle.
Troopers say the driver hit an embankment causing the car to flip over.
All eight passengers were ejected.
6 were taken to the hospital, one by Lifeguard 10.
No one suffered life threatening injuries.
State Police have charged Green and the twelve year old driver.
The child's name is not being released because of their age.

Since it opened three months ago, crews have been busy constructing a new addition.
But as Justin McLeod discovered it will be awhile before an important piece of the puzzle is in place.

Tickets for the new game went on sale today, the first drawing is Wednesday.

Police are searching for Joseph Ferguson-- who allegedly wanted to commit a crime even bloodier than the slaying of seven people last month.

Sacramento Police, responding to reports of gunshots, found two female
security guards, employees of Burns Security, shot to death at an
equipment yard. Later, at a nearby marina, they found two men dead of
gunshot wounds ... one also a Burns Security guard.
Police believe the mass murderer is 20 year old Joseph Ferguson, a
former Burns Security guard himself, reportedly enraged after being
suspended from his job last week.

This is the second time in a month that Sacramento has been on
edge and on alert, looking for a mass killer. Ten days ago, Nikolay
Soltys was arrested after a massive manhunt for allegedly slashing to
death his pregnant wife, his three year old son and four other
relatives.
After allegedly gunning down four victims last night, Ferguson went
to the nearby zoo, where he handcuffed another Burns security guard and
fled in her car. He reportedly told her he planned to outdo the Soltys
killing spree. Kevin Gowan is cousin to the guard whose life was
spared.

(( Another huge crowd of more than 4000 fans turned out for game four hoping the Avs would put the Blue Rocks out of their misery.
Instead Wilmington goes yard in the top of the first inning as Eric Nelson takes 1-1 Cory Vance offering and curves it around the pole in left field. 1-to-nothing Wilmington.
But in the next frame, Salem's Greg Catalanotte would even things up with a drive to the wall in the left center field. Scott Seal wasn't running on the pitch, but he was scooting after the hit. Watch him beat the throw to the plate. It's 1-all after 2 innings.
The Blue Rocks got what turned out to be the eventual game winning run in the top of the 3rd as Norris Hopper, who went three for four on the night drive in Corey Hart to with outs in the innings to make it 2-to-1.
Defense would then take over for both teams. First watch Marco Cunningham in right field rob Javier Colina with the diving catch in the gap.
But that was nothing compared to the four defensive gems turned in at third base by Salem's Seth Taylor. The Florida native did his best to keep it a one run game.
