Two people are under arrest in Northern Virginia.. accused of helping some hijackers get Virginia I-D cards.
Luis Martinez Flores of Falls church.. is accused of falsely certifying that two hijackers lived at his home. Those certifications were on state forms the pair used to get ID's.
Those two hijackers were on board the plane that slammed into the Pentagon.
Also under arrest, Kenys Galicia.. who the FBI says admits signing residency forms for two other hijackers. Each was on a plane that hit the world Trade Center. Meanwhile the President says hundreds have been arrested here and abroad....

An Army Reserve unit from Salem has been placed on active duty.
The Pentagon this afternoon called up the 21-74th Garrison Support Unit of the Military Police.
The unit has 49 members.
It is one of 31 outfits in 15 different states notified today.
More than 20-thousand Guard and Reserve members have now been called up since the terrorist attacks three weeks ago.

Roanoke Regional Airport may be losing its jet service, but will get more flights in return.

Lynchburg police still haven't released the identity of a man found dead near the city's Amtrak train station this morning.

The body of a black male was found face down in a ditch near the railroad tracks around 10.
Authorities do not know how long he'd been there, or if there were any obvious signs of how he died.
The body was taken to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy.

It's all part of a new Virginia law that takes affect today.
