Jean, as you know, Optical Cable stock has had a rough couple of weeks.
Bob Kopstein used it as collateral for several investments.
[ANCHOR=Jen]

When his investments took a hit, lenders began selling his stock in order to get their money back.
He's been granted a court order forbidding lenders from selling all of his holdings until next Wednesday.
Today he said his personal financial matters are not affecting company operations.
(-------------)

[VO - PRE PRO ON TAPE]
He said not more than a week after the Trade Center fell, he was on a plane to China working on a sale... meaning he doesn't want anything to get in the way of business.
Though he's been granted a restraining order, he says he's not interested in going to court, but wishes to settle disagreements with lenders possibly through arbitration.
Knowing full well his own financial holdings are in jeopardy, he said simply, "I've been through a lot of ups and downs, I'll get through this one."
