This time federal regulators are recalling more than three and a half million Wilderness A-T tires.

Many of the tires have already been replaced by the owners or as part of a replacement plan announced in May by Ford... but Firestone says more than 750-thousand may still be on the road.
Bridgestone-Firestone's C-E-O says the
company does not agree with regulators because its tests found the tires perform well.

The Cup cars got in their time trials last night in Charlotte at the Lowe's Motor Speedway for the UAW GM 500. And it turned out to be a KMart kind of night.

Tonight Fleming picked up a hard fought 8 point win over Salem.
The Colonels got out of the blocks in a hurry as Olivia Grant cleans up the Anisa Rasheed miss and and knocks in the quick shot from inside.
Salem comes right back as Jessica Bass lobs it in over the crowd to Fallon Fant, who drives and scores for the Spartans.
Rasheed would keep rolling for the Colonels as she takes the dish and convert it into a bucket as the Colonels lead hits 8 points.
The Spartans would stay close.
