A judge also ruled that the comedian can't perform on stage until she completes 180 days in an alcohol rehab center.
Poundstone was initially charged with three counts of committing a lewd act on a young girl. She had two foster children at the time of the arrest as well as three adopted children.
The judge also today revoked Poundstone's right to ever have foster children again.

The property reportedly had several mortgages on it and today it was sold at an auction that attracted a number of would- be investors.

The 16-thousand square foot structure had been appraised at 400- thousand dollars.
It's located in one of Lynchburg's Enterprise Zones which makes it eligible for grants and tax credits for anyone who wants to renovate it.

((Terrence Tootoo is a stocky 180 pound center who made the team on effort and heart and then skill. Tootoo is part Eskimo and part Ukrainian. He was raised in the harsh elements of Rankin Inlet, Nunuvet, a hunting and fishing community located about 200 or so miles south of the Arctic circle. Terrence grew up on a diet that was down right primitive.

Tootoo and his family consider Caribou a delicacy. Due to hockey, he is home only two weeks a year now, but loves to go hunting with his father and brother. They kill beluga whales and eat the whale meat right on the spot, raw. The dangers of his natural world keep him on his toes.
