There's a messy situation tonight on Route 460- in Giles County. State police say a tractor trailer hauling 61 cows overturned between Rich Creek and Narrows around 10-thirty. Authorities say approximately 10 of the animals died at the scene...the remaining cattle are running loose. The driver of the rig was airlifted from the scene. Right now-- authorities say one west bound lane is all that's open.

A 16-year-old Wytheville teen faces murder charges. Officials say the teen is related to the victim, 33-year Ronnie Wayne Newberry. 200 C-V-S Pharmacies across the country will close by January -- which ones though we don't know.
The news came today after the chain reported a 16 percent drop in third quarter earnings.
C-V-S blames a lack of new drug introductions, the growth of the mail order drug industry, and a national shortage of pharmacists.
The CVS announcement comes just weeks after Rite-Aid closed its five Roanoke stores, along with others around the country.

Bob Kopstein owes several brokerage firms millions of dollars -- and to get it back they've begun to dump his stock.
That dumping has driven the stock price down more than 90 percent from a year ago.
Still, analysts maintain that the stock price has little to do with the company's operations.
What we're looking for in the earnings report is a drop in operating expenses since Optical Cable trimmed its workforce.
We're also keeping an eye out for sales revenue originating in Asia.
Kopstein has continuously made trips to China in hopes of penetrating that market.

Patrick Henry would take game one 15 to 9 and game two was a little easier as PH wins 15 to 5.
The Hilltoppers would battle back in game three, winning 15 to 12 and that forces a fourth game.
The Patriots are victorious 15 to 5 in that final game and advance to the District tournament title game.
