Good Morning, I'm Kimberly McBroom.
It won't take years to complete.
That's Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld's latest assessment of the military operation in Afghanistan.
Rumsfeld is headed back to Washington after a foreign tour to garner support for the war on terrorism.
[SS=Anthrax]

As for the anthrax outbreak--New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani says there's no reason to be concerned about the city's latest anthrax report.
A package sent by N-B-C News to a city official contained traces of anthrax.
But it's believed it was contaminated by the tainted letter mailed to anchor Tom Brokaw in September.
Here with an update from Washington is Jim Acosta.
