What do Jerry Falwell's church and the Mafia have in common?

(( At the time, it seemed like a good idea.
In the late 18th century, Virginia leaders like Thomas Jefferson and James Madison were looking to limit the power of the church in their newly- minted country.
So Virginia's constitution prohibited churches from incorporating, a law still on the books today.

State law also bans churches from owning more than 10 million dollars in personal property and no more than 15 acres of land.

They're suing to have the constitution changed.
