Northern Alliance forces say they have the Taliban on the run ... and are threatening a major assault on Afghanistan's capital, after taking Mazar-e-Sharif Friday.
This morning, the rebels claim they overtook the former Afghan capital of (Tal-uh-KHAN) Taloqan.
Meanwhile, President Bush is thanking other nations for their sympathy after the September 11th attacks. But he told world leaders the time for sympathy is over - and now it's time for action. Terri Okita has more.
