Reassurance is the name of the game for airport officials these days. They say passenger loads that had dropped off significantly after September 11th were just starting to grow again before this morning's crash. Their main concern now is building up consumer confidence in air travel again. They also want to make the airport easire to access and so are considering changing one of the security measures they took following September 11th The short term parking lot has been closed because of it's proximity to the terminal and the possibility of damage should a bomb or other explosive go off in the parking lot. Officials are now considering reopening the lot but checking each car as it enters.
