An accident on Interstate 81 in Botetourt County has left three people dead, and one injured.
Authorities say speed is suspected to be the cause of the crash.

The accident happened around at 10:50 last night near the Arcadia exit.
State Police say the vehicle was traveling Southbound when it ran off the left side of the road, overturned several times, and went airborne before landing.
The three victims were ejected from the vehicle.
They were airlifted to Roanoke Memorial, where they later died.
Charges are pending in the accident.
Authorities aren't yet releasing the names of the victims, but say they were students at Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina.
They're all believed to be from the People's Republic of China.

Two teenagers were killed in a single car accident in Roanoke County.

Friends have erected a makeshift memorial for 18 year old Cory James Keeling, and 17 year old Douglas Hale Jennings, the second. Police responded to the accident shortly after 8-o'clock Wednesday night on Loch Haven Drive. Authorities believe Keeling was speeding, lost control of his car, and swerved off the road into a tree.

Each senior received a hot prepared meal, flowers, and a holiday gift.
