A new call center at the Internet Distribution Center will field more than half of all customer service e-mails and phone calls that KB Toys dot com receives.

State Police say a woman died when her Pontiac hit a water delivery truck head-on near Newport.
Authorities believe she was driving East on Route-460 when she crossed the median into oncoming traffic.
She was pronounced dead on the scene.

A trooper says the damage to the woman's car is some of the worst he has ever seen.
The driver of the water truck was taken to Montgomery Regional Hospital for treatment.
Westbound lanes on 460 were closed for hours, backing traffic up for miles.

A pair of Army Air Corps crew members from Southside Virginia will be laid to rest next week... 56 years after their bomber went down over New Guinea.

The B-24 Liberator was on a bombing mission March 5, 1944. Without warning the plane went down in a heavy thunderstorm. The defense Department says attempts to locate the wreckage and crew at the time were unsuccessful.
The Pentagon reported today that remains of the 10-man crew were located in Mandang Province in the late 1980's. They include Lieutenant George Ellison of Danville and Sergeant Joel Williams of Meadows of Dan.
Their remains were just recently shipped back to their families in the States.
The crew will be honored at Arlington National Cemetery next week.

US Airways says "the rules are the rules".
The company's policy states kids traveling alone will be given special attention IF an additional fee is paid.

New legal complications for Bob Kopstein and his Optical Cable Company.
A class action lawsuit in federal court says while Kopstein failed to disclose the fact that he was using large blocks of company stock as collateral to buy stocks on margin-, Optical Cable was publicly predicting double digit growth, posting record sales and touting increases in orders of as much as 95-percent.
The complaint is filed on behalf of Charles Farrell, Junior, but it's unclear where he lives. He's represented by lawyers in Oklahoma City, Dallas, Little Rock and Roanoke.
