44-year old Vincente Pierre and 37 year old Tracy Elaine Upshur were residents of a muslim community in Charlotte County.

Turman Lumber Company and landowner Mary Ann Capp went to court over the use of a small road.
The company used the lane to reach its logging operation, but Capp argued it shouldn't because it's her property.
In his decision today, Judge Robert Turk granted the Turman company a prescriptive easement.
That means they can use the road to come and go.
But he also says the company has overburdened the land, and that they can no longer bring the logging trucks on the road.
The pair is expected to be back in court in January for arguments over damages.

A Tennessee man is in serious condition after a hunting accident in Wythe County.
Authorities say Gary Holbrook was riding a 4-wheeler up a steep slope when the front end lifted and it rolled back.
The 43-year-old's rifle went off, causing severe facial injuries.
Holbrook was taken to a local hospital and then flown to Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
