U-S warplanes continue blasting Osama bin Laden's base at Tora Bora in eastern Afghanistan.
A surrender deadline passed late last night.
Bin Laden's whereabouts are still unknown.
Meanwhile, the federal government has gotten its first
indictment in the September eleventh investigation.
Zacarias (moo-SOW'-ee) Moussaoui faces six conspiracy charges -- four that carry the death penalty.
(moo-SOW-ee) Moussaoui will be tried in Alexandria.
