The current proposal would merge the county's four high schools into two and close three elementary schools.
School administrators believe the move will offset a shortfall of more than a million dollars expected next year.
More than three hundred residents showed up for a public hearing on Tuesday, many spoke out against the plan.
Tomorrow morning, the school board will either vote on the current proposal, make changes and then vote, or postpone a decision altogether.
The meeting is scheduled for nine in the morning at the Henry County administration building.

The Associated Press has named its college football coach of the year.
Maryland's Ralph Friedgen takes home the honor.

A veteran coach in the Friday Football Extra coverage area is quitting. Mike Cole has resigned as head coach at Christiansburg High School.
