George O'Leary, who accepted the job less than a week ago, has resigned.
He says he has personally embarassed the school.

O'Leary admits he falsified his background on his resume when he claimed he played football for three years at the University of New Hampshire. In fact, he never played a single game for the school.

Taking a look at what other schools in our region will get under the plan... Radford University is allotted just under 30-million. The Virginia Community College System, which runs about 23 community colleges around the state will get 139-million. And Virginia Military Institute can expect over 31-million dollars.
